Conditioning:
Do as many reps as possible for 1 minute, before changing station.
Burpees > The plank > Weighted squat-jumps > Spiderman pressups > Elbows-to-knees > Jumping pullups > Abs-wheel
Pads:
- Double-jab > cross
- Parry > hook
- Slipping the jab
- Half cover
Bag:
- Feint-jab > long-jab
- Close quarters double-hook
- Overhand > uppercut
Man:
- Distancing practice
- Turning practice
Sparring:
Light contact, 1 minute rounds, try to land at least 3 clean hits
Fight tactically, using the techniques that you have learnt in class.
