We will be co-hosting a week-long Full Spectrum Weapons Course in September. Full details can be found in our Events section. The course will include impact weapons, edged weapons, tactical firearms (live rounds), weapon disarms, hand-to-hand combat, conditioning and sparring. Class cancellations on April 5th and 9th

Exam season is always a bit choppy for us it seems! Thursday April 5th and Monday April 9th will also be cancelled due to the venue being unavailable. All other classes will continue as normal.

No Class on March 19th and 22nd

Due to the room being used for exams, there will be no class at SOAS on Monday 19th or Thursday 22nd. Classes will resume as normal on Monday 26th (combat conditioning – bring your kit, and be prepared to sweat!). Also, please bear in mind that Thursday 29th is sparring day, so you may want to get some training in on your own time over the next week!

Sparring day on Thursday Jan 26th

A quick heads up to remind all students that Thursday January 26th is our monthly sparring day. Please bring groin protectors (men), chest protectors (women) and gumshields. Gloves (14-16oz) and other equipment can be provided, though we recommend that you bring your own. If you're using class equipment, we also recommend bringing some babywipes/nearest equivalent. Sharing other people's sweat is a bit minging…
