I'm very proud of the progress with London Academy of Arnis.

Andy Janson's Rapid Arnis training along with Marco Mastrorocco's Muay Thai training at Epic Gym, will enhance Rapid Arnis's emphasis on a total combat system.

I am expecting lots of sweat, pain and overall happiness :-)

Let's get this combat training started….

Glad to see the new training schedule up. Couple of questions though…

1) What exactly does "Fight conditioning" consist of?

2) I take it the gym is only open during the class times noted on the schedule? So if I wanted to use the equipment in my own time it would have to be during those times?
